In a pompous effort of feeling good about myself, I decided to centralise all of my OpenTTD scenarios for download.
The following OpenTTD maps should work in most any version of OpenTTD, though some might be slightly older and missing a few newer features.
-
TrislandsA fictional, temperate bayside scenario with a diverse range of islands, rivers, and mountains.
512x512k map, based veeeeery loosely on the real life Clontarf.
-
TrislandsThree islands, with a relatively unique gameplay experience. An earlier scenario attempt.
-
SvalbardAfter a passing fascination of with the island of Svalbard, I decided it would make an awesome OpenTTD map. Having only a handful of settlements, I had to take some artistic liberty and appropriate town names from nautical maps, regions, and historical data, but it’s worth it when you create a transport empire spanning the map.
-
FjordiaAfter Svalbard, I wanted to play with gouging realistic fjords into the mountainside. While this map is sub-tropical and mostly desert, it still has some beautiful erosion and tectonic effects throughout. It’s also sliced in three by a great river which makes water networks viable.
-
BaysideBayside is essentially a miniature continent, with industries further out, and an urban center along the coastline. Just a reasonably standard map, but nicely balanced.
-
OceaniaOceania is a concept map. Two large continents are separated by a vast ocean dotted with tiny islands. Transport goods on the mainland or set up a tourism network to the remote communities.
